Angie is the Operations Manager for 3rd Gen Rx, and is the Subject Matter Expert on the operations side of our business.  She brings 14+ years of experience as a Patient Advocate, assisting members with claims, issues, and benefit questions. She loves to help members navigate through difficult issues and enjoys seeing them through to the end.

With a passion for technology and data, Simone serves as our Data Engineer and IT Support. He brings years of experience in IT operations, data, and analytics to ensure the reliability and efficiency of the company’s technical infrastructure, while also developing data-driven solutions across the organization.
